With a full and fragrant aroma, this blend is characterized by chocolate notes, typical of the Robusta origins, and a rich and persistent body. Slightly spicy nuances are balanced by the distinctively delicate aroma of the Central and South America- Arabica origins. The crema is compact, persistent and amber brown-hued.
Everytime, we seek perfection
Roasting is the most delicate stage in coffee production. To obtain a perfect balance between aroma and intensity of taste, the beans must reach a perfect level of shearing taking into account that they are all different from each other in shape and size. This is possible thanks to slow roasting, a traditional method, different from industrial processes which allows for uniform cooking.
