Made with the best Latin America and Africa washed Arabica origins, this coffee releases aromas of yellow fruit and vanilla. The Asian Robusta beans offset the acidity, whilst the delicate notes are enriched with sweet hints of vanilla and milk chocolate.

Roasting is the most delicate stage in coffee production. To obtain a perfect balance between aroma and intensity of taste, the beans must reach a perfect level of shearing taking into account that they are all different from each other in shape and size. This is possible thanks to slow roasting, a traditional method, different from industrial processes which allows for uniform cooking.
