Traditionally known as "pure olive oil". This is the combination of refined olive oil and extra virgin olive oil. The refined olive oil comes from extra virgin olive oils known as "lampante" oils, which due to an organoleptic or chemical defect are not considered fit for direct consumption, and they have to undergo a refining process to be commercialised. This quality of oil is characterised by its smooth aroma and taste and paler colour. Delicate and light!
