Sales Coordinator

Job Objective is responsible for sale administrations and co-ordinate to support all direct/ indirect sale activities.

Report to Sale Team Leader.
Key Tasks :
1. Coordinate with sale team to provide administrative supports involving efficient handing confidential agreements.
2. Prepare monthly, weekly or daily sales reports.
3. Prepare proposals, agreements, sale reports of product quantity import. 
4. Coordinate and respond to  all requests of internal sale meetings.
5. Assist all operational areas of inventory control, customer complaints.  
6. Maintain good relationships with other departments & customers.
7. Solve problems by liaising with other staff and customers.
8. Perform any other duties assigned to support department.
Qualification :
1. Bachelor Degree in business administration or related field with at least one year experience in administrative work.
2.Good organizational and communication skills.
3.Good customer service skills.
4.Positive thinker with a good interpersonal skill and work well with all employee level.
5.Ability to work in team and willing to put up to team.
6.Have multi skills & ability to work under pressures.
