Assistant Training Manager

Job objective is responsible for assisting Training Manager to provide company’s product knowledge to company staff and customers including quality control checking.


Report to  Managing Director and Training Manager.
Key Tasks :
1. Assist training manager to demonstrate detailed company product knowledge by using training formats, materials, logo align with Training Center in Turin, Italy. 
2. Assist to provide best product knowledge and practice tips to sale teams, employee and clients to increase company business.
3. Assist to organize training activities either in-house or external sources.
4. Assist and support sale teams in identification and pursuit of new opportunities.
5. Assist to implement, manage & update the company websites.
6. Conduct quality control checking as scheduled.
7. Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrate products.
8. Establish and maintain good relationships with current and potential customers & journalists.
9. Assist to prepare & submit the trainer activities reports to Training Center, Turin three times.
Qualification :
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Has strong technical knowledge of the company’s products, services.
3. Able to conduct product demonstration to Corporate customers.
4. Good team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Should has background of coffee knowledge.
